In August of 2000, TRBH was selected
as a contractor for the Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of
Arizona (PLAN). PLAN. is a nonprofit corporation, which arranges
for the provision of care and support services to the mentally
ill in consultation with members of their families or trustees.
PLAN coordinates for the following

Benefits
Housing
Medical Care
Promoting Life Skills & Independence
Continuity of Care
Arranging Transportation
Advocacy
Intervention & Emergency Services
Case Management or Client Contact
Legal Aid
