	Transitional Employment Placements (TEP) At Triple R, we strive to help people renew their sense of self-worth, their desire to improve and their capacity for personal fulfillment and social integration. An effective program that accomplishes this is Transitional Employment Placements (TEP's). This service orients persons affected by mental disability to the world of work, while assisting private businesses with their employment needs. Placements are available in both large corporations and small local businesses. Operated out of our clubhouse programs, these temporary positions prepare clients for permanent employment.
