| This vocational
program offers job development and placement services to individuals
who desire employment but need support in finding and keeping
a job. Job coaching services are also available as part of this
program. Triple R's staff provide on-the-job and off-the-job
support to the new employee. Specialized training is provided
to clients interested in a specific job site or position. |

R's employment specialists work to identify potential work sites
within the local business community and match capable, motivated
clients with appropriate jobs. Triple R employment staff help
clients achieve a successful long-term job placement. |
