  Psychosocial Clubhouse

Triple R Behavioral Health operates Clubhouse Programs, which are modeled and operated according to the standards of the International Center for Clubhouse Development. Clubhouse services help people gain confidence as they learn new skills or brush up on old ones, all the while preparing for re-entry into the work force, school, or other life activities. The mission of Clubhouse services is to provide a community-based environment, which supports members in reaching their potential for personal satisfaction, social integration and employability.

The Clubhouse is a great place where individuals with disabilities have an opportunity to grow and enhance their skills. They work side by side with other members and Triple R staff to accomplish all the tasks involved in running the Clubhouse (such as answering phones, preparing lunch, word processing tasks, touring visitors, housekeeping duties and collecting data). All work done by the members at the Clubhouse, during the work-oriented day, is voluntary and contributes to keeping this community program operating. For more information on the clubhouse model, please go to www.fountainhouse.org.
