9. Perform general office and/or program duties, such as new resident orientation, supply ordering, and office area cleaning.
10. Performs other duties as assigned, including safety liaison, committee membership, van maintenance and upkeep, and Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. representation at selected functions, etc.

1. Ability to work effectively as a member of a clinical team.
2. Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, family members, case managers, and other community stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
3. Ability to generate clearly written documents in appropriate format.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and other professional standards of conduct.
5. Knowledge of behavioral health practices and procedures.
6. Skill in group process and group facilitation.
7. Knowledge of and skill in using office automation software (keyboard skills, copy and fax machines) or ability and willingness to learn.
8. Ability to properly use and maintain standard household appliances, equipment, and facilities, including basic meal preparation and household cleaning.
