While we aren't erasing our own carbon footprint or giving back to the grid, for a small, local, non-profit agency, we are aware that we all have to do our part and be mindful. We are pleased to be able to participate in green initiatives that make a difference in our community and include:

Our comprehensive NEO (New Employee Orientation), continued trainings, leadership development, access to on-line education and in-house curriculum, as well as Education Reimbursement program and support for staff who choose to take their CPRP help to ensure that you have all the tools you need for success.
Triple R Teams

Teams are staff-driven. Membership on teams is diverse, representing all sites and levels throughout the agency. Staff are encouraged to participate in the decision-making and functions of the agency. What do YOU have to contribute?
Finance Team
It is the responsibility of the Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. Finance & Budget Team to provide input to senior management and the Finance Department pertaining to agency financial information needs, act as a facilitator in the education of all levels of management in the budgeting and financial reporting processes and provide input in the development of financial polices and procedures.
Health and Safety Team
It is the responsibility of the Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. Health and Safety Team to develop, monitor, review, and educate staff and clients regarding all plans, policies, and procedures dealing with relevant health and safety issues of the organization.
Human Capital Investment Team
The Team provides opportunities for staff to maximize their potential in order to make an active contribution to the organization's mission.
Information Technology Team
It is the responsibility of the Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. Information Technology Team to ensure that Triple R's information management system, including both manual and electronic systems, is able to support the business needs of the organization.
Internal Communications Team
It is the responsibility of the Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. Internal Communications Team to support staff, management and departments in their efforts to effectively communicate while considering timeliness, accuracy, method, and tone to maintain open channels and positive morale.
Quality Improvement Team
Members of the Quality Improvement Team participate in and review the overall quality of programs and services provided to clients who receive services directly from Triple R Behavioral Health, Inc. Members also facilitate the representation of direct service expertise in the development, review, evaluation, and recommendation(s) regarding areas for improvement at individual, program, and/or system levels.
Day to Day at Triple R... More than a paycheck
We realize that as a compassionate and dedicated professional with a commendable work ethic and committment to recovery, that you have choice in a valley of providers for whom to work.
At Triple R we don't want you to work for us, we want you to work WITH us. Suzanne in Residential couldn't do what she does if Natalie in Finance didn't do her part. Natalie in Finance couldn't do her part if Judy in HR didn't do her thing. Everyone in the agency relies on Dan, and Dan's day is made better because Barb is hard at work doing her stuff. We are here for our clients, we respect our co-workers, and together- we're a hardworking team that helps to transform lives.

The day-to-day at Triple R varies by department, varies by shift, and varies by day. Our driver out in Apache Junction has a different day ahead of him than our third-shift weekend person at one of our residential sites, but they're all a key piece of the puzzle and each one is appreciated for the part the play. No matter what happens once they get to work, everyone's day starts pretty much the same. You roll out of bed - and it begins. It's our hope that you're preparing for your day and all of the tremendous things that will happen, realizing that the impact you have on someone's life can be quite profound. If you're not, if you aren't looking forward to coming in for your shift, talk to someone. Triple R works hard to enhance communication. The implementation of staff-driven teams mean that information doesn't just flow from the top (CEO) down, but that if you're working compressed weekends and have something to share, there's a channel in place in which to get your message through.
